40代、地方で家族と暮らして働く一人の男として。 情報のノイズに流されず、自分らしく「最高の人生」を歩むために辿り着いた、4つの軸があります。
At 40s, living in the countryside with my family of four and working in the manufacturing industry, I have defined four core axes to navigate life’s noise and pursue my “Best Life.”
1. Fundamental: 土台を整える
「代替できない心身こそ、すべての資本である」
毎朝04:30。私の1日は、まだ誰も起きていない静寂の中でのウォーキングから始まります。
- Routine: 04:30起床、15分間のウォーキング、そして日替わりの筋トレ（ベンチプレス、懸垂、スクワット等）。
- Optimization: タンパク質、NMN、ナッツ等。徹底した栄養管理で、40代の活力をロジカルに維持します。
“Your body is an irreplaceable asset.” My day starts at 04:30 AM with a 15-minute walk and strength training. From protein to NMN supplements, I logically maintain my vitality through strict nutrition and habit-building.
2. Freedom: 自由をデザインする
「選択肢を持ち続けるための、身軽さと備え」
自由とは、何もしないことではありません。「自分の意志で選べる状態」を維持することです。
- Minimalism: モノを最小限にし、思考の余白を作る。
- Preparedness: 災害リスクに備え、常に確認する「サバイバル」の視点。
- Financials: NISA、iDeCo、そしてICL。時間と視界の自由を手に入れるための投資を惜しみません。
“Design your freedom through preparedness.” Freedom is the ability to choose. I pursue minimalism to clear my mind, disaster preparedness to protect my family, and strategic investments (NISA, ICL) to secure my future time and options.
3. Fun: 人生を遊び尽くす
「好奇心が、私を世界へと連れ出す」
ストイックさの先には、常に「歓び」がなければならない。
- English: オンライン英会話、そして英語のPodcast。点を取ることが目的だったTOEICも今や世界と繋がるための「最強の武器」へ。
- Experiences: 満天の星空の下でのキャンプファイヤー。家族での旅行。
- Creation: このブログ『Life Trace』で、自らの軌跡を言葉にすること。

4. Sense of Community: 繋がりの中に生きる
「個として自立し、共同体と共に歩む」
最後に行き着くのは、人との繋がりが生む深い安心感です。
- Family: 妻、そして子供たち。家族と描く大切な時間。
- Society: 地域社会への貢献と、AIという「新しい知性」との共生。
- Mission: 日本のリアルな暮らしと知恵を、英語で世界へ届けること。
“Rooted in connection.” Ultimately, fulfillment comes from connection. Through family rituals, community involvement, and co-creating with AI, I strive to bridge my local life in Japan with the global community.
